About

Design thinking meets business thinking.

Visual Designer → UX/UI Designer → Product Designer

I started in visual and graphic design — brand systems, campaigns, multimedia. I was good at making things persuasive.

Then I kept watching the same thing happen: the campaign worked, people arrived, and the product lost them. The problem wasn't the poster. It was everything after the click. So I moved upstream into UX, and then into product.

My MBA in Digital Marketing gave me the other half of the vocabulary. I can argue a design decision in terms of activation and retention, not just usability — which matters, because that's the language the decision actually gets made in.

DESIGN

  • . User research that changes the roadmap
  • . Information architecture for dense data
  • . Interaction and state design
  • . Visual systems and design tokens
  • . Prototypes people can actually use

BUSINESS

  • . Product strategy and prioritisation
  • . Activation and retention metrics
  • . Growth and lifecycle thinking
  • . Customer value and pricing context
  • . Stakeholder alignment

Product Thinking

Most design decisions are business decisions in disguise. I try to make that explicit rather than pretend otherwise.

AI-assisted workflow

Designing in the age of AI.

AI is changing how products are researched, explored and built. I actively use AI-assisted tools to accelerate exploration and prototyping while keeping human judgement and product thinking at the centre of the process.
